Headboard
Roll-Tite Retractable Tarpaulin Systems feature a durable, aerodynamic aluminum headboard. Our standard headboards are reinforced with vertical posts for added strength, and have two LED marker lights for improved nighttime visibility. Many optional configurations are available to suit your needs, including man doors, steps for easy access, NoseCose® air deflectors, interior flood lamps, chain racks and a host of other interior organizational tools.
Track
Our track is manufactured from durable extruded aluminum and designed to flex with the trailer and to resist side impact. Inside the track is an easy to replace polymer strip which protects the wheels and track from unnecessary wear. The innovative air deflector and seal will keep your cargo safe and dry, while still allowing for sliding winch and strap operation through the rub rail.
Wheels
Our wheels have been carefully designed for unsurpassed ease of operation with minimal maintenance. Both the main rolling wheels and horizontal guide wheels rotate on sealed bearings, eliminating the need for time consuming axle greasing and keeping your system rolling smoothly for years without binding.
Bows & Lifters
The modular construction of our high strength aluminum bows minimizes downtime from accidental damage, allowing for quick and easy repairs without welding. Lightweight cast aluminum corners with a small 3" radius, combined with our patent pending anodized aluminum hinged lifters maximize internal cube space. Optional quad lifters are also available for even more clearance while opening the system.
Tarpaulin
The multi-panel tarpaulin is made from the highest quality 22 oz high gloss painted fabric and reinforced with a second layer at potential contact points to maximize durability. Available in over 40 colors, our tarps can be further customized with eye catching vinyl or digital print graphics to transform your trailer into a rolling billboard. Every Roll-Tite system comes standard with a translucent skylight and crank operated rear flap (optional rope and pulley system is available free of charge).
Tensioning Device
Our standard rear winding braces make opening and closing the Roll-Tite system from the ground level safe and easy. The sliding front lock assembly is designed for ease of operation and allows the system to be opened from the front of the trailer for additional flexibility. An optional vertical post tensioning device is also available.
